台湾国防部：F-16V战机产生“<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/600676">交运</a>风险”，将避免“过早付款”确保权益

路透台北11月3日 - 台湾国防部周一表示，向美国采购的F-16V Block 70新型战机，原预计2026年底全数交付，但受产线搬迁等因素影响产生“交运风险”，将持续促请美方加速产制，并避免在装备未交运时“过早付款”。

国防部在提交给立法院的报告中指出，除F-16V外，还有为提升F-16A/B 型战机性能采购的AGM-154C导弹，以及MK-48重型鱼雷等共计三项军购案的执行进度延宕。

国防部表示，F-16V Block 70新型战机受产线搬迁重启及供应链中断等复杂因素影响，产生交运风险，美方已采两班制20小时，全力赶工，国防部持续加强各项履约督导作为。

国防部称，所有军购案，均由台美双方透过各式会议严密管制，并依产制情形要求美方修正付款期程，避免在装备未交运时“过早付款”，确保权益。

美国于2019年批准向台湾出售价值80亿美元洛克希德-马丁（Lockheed Martin）LMT.N的F-16战机，该交易将使台湾的F-16机队达到200多架，为亚洲之最，加强台湾对中国日益加剧的威胁之下的防御能力。（完）
