ChainCatcher 消息，据币安创始人赵长鹏（CZ）在 X 平台发文分享“周末 builder 创意”：AI 法官助手（AI Judge Companion）。
CZ 表示：“训练一个 AI，使其掌握成文法律与以往案例，然后让它对每一个公开案件给出判决建议。法律本身是公开文件，大多数法庭文件（包括判例、原告与被告陈述、庭审记录、最终判决，甚至未来版本可能包含的社会舆情数据）也都是公开的。与人类法官不同，AI 不会受到情绪、饥饿（午餐前后）、个人观点或政治立场等因素的影响，因此理论上能更客观地作出判断。
我并不认为任何国家会在短期内采用这一系统，也不是说 AI 法官一定“更好”——关键取决于训练质量。但它可能成为法官、律师以及普通当事人的有力辅助工具，也能用于预测市场等场景。要实现这样的系统其实工作量并不大——如果有人想做，我很乐意投资一个优秀版本。”
