本轮融资由 DRW 和 Liberty City Ventures 领投，参投方包括 ARK Invest、Bitwave、Broadridge、Clear Street、Copper、Digital Asset、Polychain Capital、SBI Group、Kraken 等知名机构，Canton 基金会也参与了此次融资。
该公司计划将净收益用于收购 Canton Coin（CC）代币，这是支持 Canton 网络互操作性和结算的实用代币。Tharimmune 将作为超级验证者运营，并在 Canton 网络上运行额外验证者以获得更多 CC 代币。
