智通财经APP讯，晋商银行(02558)发布公告，该行已于近日收到《山西监管局关于梁永明晋商银行股份有限公司独立董事任职资格的批复》(晋金管复[2025]194号)，据此，梁永明先生的独立非执行董事任职资格已获山西监管局核准。梁永明先生担任独立非执行董事的任期自2025年10月30日起生效，直至第六届董事会任期(自2022年12月22日起3年)届满之日止。
此外，因梁永明先生的董事任职资格已获山西监管局核准，赛志毅先生辞任独立非执行董事、董事会风险管理委员会主任、董事会关联交易控制委员会主任、董事会审计委员会副主任、董事会提名薪酬与人力资源委员会副主任及董事会消费者权益保护委员会委员于2025年10月30日生效。
