Airbnb首席执行官布赖恩·切斯基近日在接受采访时表示，企业若过度依赖AI替代入门级岗位，未来十年可能面临“没有可培养的管理者”的严重后果。他强调，尽管AI能处理大量基础性工作，但企业仍需为年轻人提供进入职场的机会，否则未来将无人胜任战略性领导职位。
今年以来，全球零到两年经验的入门级岗位招聘发布量骤降29个百分点，其中科技领域更下滑35%。与此同时，亚马逊、Meta、Salesforce等大厂持续裁撤岗位并加大AI投入，仅亚马逊今年就因AI效率优化裁员1.4万人，预计将达3万人，其内部系统“Amazon Q”可将数千人一年的重复性工作压缩至数小时。
切斯基认为，AI虽擅长执行可定义的流程，但在原创思维、领导判断和关系构建方面仍难以取代人类。“人们低估了人的聪明程度，AI依旧需要事事指示。”他说。
研究显示，自2023年初引入生成式AI后，全球15-24岁青年失业率在2025年7月升至11.2%。Gen Z正加速“自救”：法学院申请激增33%，同时75%的年轻人使用AI进行技能提升。
