智通财经APP讯，拉近网娱(08172)发布公告，董事会谨此知会公司股东及潜在投资者，委员会已于2025年10月21日就上市科决定举行复核聆讯。于2025年11月3日，公司接获联交所的函件，通知公司，委员会经考虑公司及上市科提交的所有书面及口头呈件后，认为公司未能根据GEM上市规则第17.26条所规定维持足够的业务运作及资产水平，以保证公司股份得以继续上市，并决定维持根据GEM上市规则第9.04(3)条暂停买卖股份的上市科决定。
根据GEM上市规则第4章，公司有权将GEM上市委员会决定提交GEM上市复核委员会复核。根据GEM上市规则第4.08(1)条，公司可于GEM上市委员会决定发出后7个营业日内(即于2025年11月12日或之前)要求GEM上市复核委员会复核GEM上市委员会决定。公司现正向其外聘顾问寻求意见，并将考虑是否提请将GEM上市委员会决定提交GEM上市复核委员会复核。除非公司申请复核GEM上市委员会决定，否则公司股票将于GEM上市委员会决定日期(即2025年11月13日)起计七个营业日届满后暂停买卖。于决定是否申请复核GEM上市委员会决定前，公司股份将继续买卖。
