2159 GMT - The Reserve Bank of Australia is almost certain to leave the official cash rate at 3.60% at its policy meeting which concludes at 0330 GMT. The central bank got a scare when 3Q inflation came in above expectations. With trimmed mean inflation back at the top of target band, there's is unlikely to be any appetite to deliver the RBA's fourth reduction in rates this year. RBA Governor Bullock is likely to say policy decision will remain data dependent. She is unlikely to offer long-range guidance. It's has not been a feature of her two years of leading the bank and won't start now.(james.glynn@wsj.com; X @JamesGlynnWSJ)
