智通财经APP获悉，现代牧业(01117)午前涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.96%，报1.27港元，成交额1037.41万港元。
消息面上，现代牧业近日发布公告，将以3752万港元收购中国圣牧约1.28%的股权。此次收购完成后，现代牧业及其一致行动人士蒙牛的持股比例从29.99%超过30%，从而触发要约收购，现代牧业将以每股0.35港元的价格收购中国圣牧剩余股份，最高总价约为20.16亿港元。此次交易也被视作蒙牛上游资源的一次整合。据悉，蒙牛为现代牧业控股股东，亦是中国圣牧的最大股东。
交易达成后，现代牧业与中国圣牧将实现“强强联合”。公告称，其合并后的牛群规模预计将突破61万头，原奶年产量有望超过400万吨，跻身全球领先的牧业养殖企业行列。规模效应将显著增强其在饲料等大宗物料采购中的议价能力，有效降低单位生产成本，巩固行业成本优势。
