智通财经APP获悉，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.3%，报12.85港元，成交额2547.8万港元。

消息面上，安徽皖通高速公路此前发布公告，2025年前三季度，营业收入53.855亿元，同比下降2.07%；净利润14.77亿元，同比增长5.43%。单看第三季度，公司实现归母净利润5.17亿元，同比增长8.19%。三季度公司核心路段车流量保持高增速，其中，宣广高速改扩建通车，三季度车流量同比增长321.35%，通行费收入同比增长381.22%。

华创证券则指出，在上半年完成阜周、泗许高速的收购后，公司于10月再次公告重大投资，拟以30.19亿元现金通过非公开协议转让方式，受让山东高速集团所持有的山东高速7%股份。本次收购山东高速部分股份将进一步扩大公司有效投资，切实推动公司主业进一步做强做优做大。交易完成后，公司可进一步加深与山东高速的战略合作关系，公司将占有山东高速1个董事席位并实现权益法核算，可有效增厚公司经营业绩，并充分打开与山东高速在信息互通、业务协同等方面的合作通道。
