Soon Hock (SGX:SHE) said that it has sold around 22 units for its Stellar@Tampines industrial development, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The sales represent around 71% units available for sale. The company also issued an additional 24 units as at Oct. 31.
As at Sept. 15, the development had reported 168 pre-sold units.
The B2 industrial development has 311 strata-titled units for sale across a total saleable area of around 49,558 square meters.
