11月3日，药明巨诺-B涨超12%， 消息面上，据第一财经报道，11月2日，记者获悉，药明巨诺的CAR-T细胞药物瑞基奥仑赛注射液在谈判进入商保（商业健康保险）创新药目录方面进展顺利，有望纳入该目录，降低患者用药负担，造福更多患者。这是国内获批上市的第一个国产1类CAR-T，上市后的定价是129万元/针。
10月30日，药明巨诺宣布与再生元制药公司签署战略合作补充协议。这一修订不仅标志着双方长期合作关系的重要升级，也开启了双方在TCR-T细胞疗法及平台化技术创新的新阶段。通过本次补充协议，药明巨诺将获得最高可达5,000万美金的付款，包括MAGE-A4产品开发里程碑付款、药品生产流程监管里程碑付款、选择权行使费、慢病毒载体制造流程里程碑付款。
