OSLO, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Norway said on Monday it had agreed to settle a $3.3 billion claim against Airbus-controlled AIR.PA NHIndustries for compensation over flaws and delays in NH90 military helicopters, averting a rare public court trial in European defence.
