路透华盛顿10月31日 - 一位熟悉内情的消息人士告诉路透，白宫计划宣布荷兰芯片制造商安世半导体(Nexperia)在中国的工厂将恢复出货，这对全球汽车制造商来说是一个关键的推动力。
荷兰政府于9月30日接管了安世半导体，将其从中国母公司闻泰科技600745.SS手中收回控制权。此举促使北京方面阻止安世半导体的产品离开中国。
安世半导体在荷兰生产大量芯片，广泛应用于汽车和消费电子行业。荷兰生产的芯片约有 70% 在中国封装，主要销售给分销商。
路透周五报导，根据一封致客户的信函，安世半导体已暂停向其中国封装厂供应晶圆，这可能加剧供应短缺。
法院文件显示，荷兰政府接管时，正值闻泰科技被列入限制出口名单后美国对安世半导体施加的压力升高之际。不过，荷兰当局表示，治理方面的缺陷才是采取行动的主因。
白宫尚未立即回应置评请求，预计将于周五稍晚发布一份说明文件，提供更多有关其对华贸易协议的细节。(完)
