消息面上，亿都(国际控股)公布，苏州清越(集团联营公司，其股份于上交所科创板上市，集团持有该公司约 28.08%的股权)于2025年11月1日公告，已收到中国证监会就苏州清越定期财务报告中涉嫌虚假记载发出的“立案告知书”。苏州清越进一步公布，将对中国证监会的调查予以全面配合。此外，苏州清越的业务保持正常运营。
公开资料显示，清越科技成立于2010年，是一家致力于为物联网终端显示提供整体解决方案的供应商，主要从事OLED等新型显示器件的研发、生产和销售。公司于2022年12月登陆科创板。亿都(国际控股)日前公布，苏州清越2025年第三季度拥有人应占亏损约为人民币1300万元，2025年前三季度苏州清越拥有人应占亏损约为人民币4300万元。
