智通财经APP获悉，万达酒店发展(00169)盘中涨超20%，截至发稿，涨15.11%，报0.16港元，成交额300.42万港元。
消息面上，万达酒店发展宣布，集团间接非全资附属公司Wanda Chicago与日本索尼旗下CPE达成协议，以芝加哥16个公寓单位换取目标公司Vampire Squid Productions的49%股权。目标公司作为《海底小纵队》IP版权运营主体，拥有强大的知识产权资源。
万达酒店表示，公司一直在为Wanda Chicago持有的37个公寓单位寻求买方。通过此交易事项，本公司得以涉足热门文化知识产权运营领域，突破传统业务边界，实现业务多元化及拓展。此交易事项亦与本公司最初寻求并识别国内及国外文化旅游行业的合适投资机会的计划相一致。
