BUZZ-Waters rises after lifting annual profit forecast

** Shares of lab-equipment maker Waters Corp WAT.N gain 9% to $376.69
** Company raises its forecast for annual adjusted profit per share in the range of $13.05 to $13.15, up from its prior forecast of $12.95 to $13.05 per share
** Posts Q3 adjusted profit of $3.4 per share, above analysts' average estimate of $3.2 per share - data compiled by LSEG
** Waters also forecasts Q4 adjusted profit per share in the range of $4.45 to $4.55, versus estimates of $4.59 per share
** Including session moves, stock down 1.9% YTD
