消息面上，10月31日，在以“20周年，再出发”为主题的2025华住伙伴大会现场，华住集团品牌事业部CEO兼集团首席运营官沈怡均与华住集团首席设计师周光明，在大会现场重磅发布了全新品牌——全季大观。会上，华住集团创始人兼董事长季琦表示，大基数人口、大基建、大纵深市场、大文旅浪口等都是酒店行业的利好因素，中国酒店业未来最大的机会在于供给侧改革。
此外，中金近期表示，华住集团持续推进品牌升级与规模扩张，预计2030年达2万家，远期5-6万家。中高档及低线城市布局深化，加盟模式提升盈利能力。维持2025/26年盈利预测，受益行业估值上移，上调目标价至48美元。
