化工领域迎来重大研发突破。据报道,中国科学院大学科研团队使用“分子编辑术”破解了领域内的百年难题,让从 1884 年沿用至今的芳香胺应用工艺迎来了新突破。该成果首次实现了无需危险中间体(重氮化反应)的直接脱氨官能团化,为芳基重氮化学提供安全、经济的新路径。该策略能将芳香胺中稳定的碳—氮键替换为功能各异的多种重要化学键,使用实验室中常见且价格低廉的试剂,即可轻松实现公斤级的规模化合成。

芳香胺是构建许多药物、农药和天然产物分子的极为常见、基础的结构单元,也是世界上消费量最大的化学品之一。能直接对芳香胺的结构进行“一键替换”,赋予其不同的化学功能,规避了爆炸风险和含铜废水处理,为复杂药物与功能分子提供从胺到目标分子的“一步法”路径,有望在制药、材料制造等多个重要领域获得广泛应用,下游相关产业如染料等将直接受益。
