11月3日，深圳控股（00604）发布公告，2025年第三季度主要业务进展情况。
公告显示，集团在物业改造升级方面持续推进，计划于明年初推出新概念花园“ TheGardens”，旨在优化消费体验和提升整体商业价值。
在地产开发业务方面，2025年第三季度集团未经审计合同销售额约30.25亿元人民币，合同销售面积约13万平方米。2025年前三季度，总合同销售额约98.38亿元人民币，较去年同期上升24.0%；总合同销售面积约43万平方米，较去年同期上升36.3%。每平方米平均售价约2.3万元。
此外，科技产业投资服务方面，旗下晶华公司在生猪等品类的供应链贸易业务中，农产品销售额同比增长超过160%。深圳控股将继续推动业务向城市资产管理和综合运营转型，以保障集团的高质量发展。
