ChainCatcher 消息，据官方博客，Animoca Brands 联合创始人兼执行主席 Yat Siu 发布致股东信，宣布其正通过与金融科技公司 Currenc Group Inc. 进行反向收购的提案，推动 Animoca Brands 在纳斯达克上市。
根据拟议的结构，反向收购完成后，Animoca Brands 的股东将共同拥有合并实体约 95% 的已发行股份，该实体预计将以 Animoca Brands 的名称运营。此前消息，Animoca Brands 宣布与纳斯达克上市公司 Currenc Group 签署意向书。
