<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/CSCO">思科</a>推出本地化计算设备来处理人工智能工作流程
路透11月3日 - 思科系统公司（Cisco Systems CSCO.O）周一推出了一款计算设备，将在零售店、工厂车间和医疗机构等本地实体运行人工智能工作负载，加快其人工智能数据处理能力。
这个名为 "思科统一边缘"（Cisco Unified Edge）的新平台试图将人工智能基础架构带到更接近数据产生的地方--例如商店和工厂车间--因为传统的数据中心已经不堪复杂命令的重负，尤其是代理和推理模型会增加网络流量。
思科平台采用了英特尔INTC.O芯片，VerizonVZ.N是该平台的早期采用者。预计该平台将于今年年底全面上市。
