智通财经APP获悉，11月3日，香港金管局公布下一阶段金融科技发展蓝图——“金融科技2030”，香港金管局表示将推动后量子加密学(PQC)的准备工作。作为一项新兴技术，量子计算仍处于发展的初期阶段，但其对现时的数据保护及在线验证加密方法的潜在影响已被广泛承认。香港金管局助理总裁(银行监理)朱立翘表示，量子计算或会对现代加密方法带来威胁，包括在身份认证以及私隐资料方面，因此香港金管局将会提前作准备，正与银行及科技公司探讨有关加密方法的过渡进程，将会与业界紧密沟通。
考虑到该技术对涉及敏感数据且依赖安全加密技术的金融行业具有深远影响，香港金管局将协助业界了解相关风险并制定早期应对策略，向应用后量子加密学过渡。
香港金管局副总裁李达志在金融科技发展蓝图新闻发布会上表示，在跨境支付通方面，会继续与人民银行紧密合作，持续优化服务，包括探讨扩大个人汇款业务办理主体范围，以及拓展与两地民生相关的汇款应用场景，以便利两地居民进行实时跨境支付。
对于债券的数码化发行，李达志说，传统支付转变为数码化的流程，不能够一步到位，期望将来变为自动化，第三批债券发行将会再作更多的数码化。
