11月3日，中国道路运输协会发布公告称，满帮集团、货拉拉、滴滴送货3家平台已落实此前签署的《网络货运信息交易撮合平台保障货车司机合法权益自律公约》（以下简称《自律公约》）要求，实施货主实名认证，而快狗打车未按承诺完成。
针对快狗打车未如期实施的情况，中国道路运输协会认为其对《自律公约》及服务承诺重视不足、思想认识不到位，建议其尽快落实以维护货车司机合法权益。
公开信息显示，快狗打车为58速运与快狗速运合并而来，隶属于天津五八到家货运服务有限公司，提供短途物品及货物运送服务。
记者查询发现，近来，黑猫投诉平台上有多条投诉称快狗打车存在诱导司机缴纳车队管理费及准入金后拒绝提供派单服务且拒绝退款等行为。另外，有网友在社交平台发布快狗打车有坐地起价、乱收费等问题。
快狗打车半年报显示，该公司2025上半年总营收为3.28亿元，同比增长1.26%；归母净利润为-1.13亿。
