LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT (TYO:3466) said it completed the sale of a 70% joint ownership interest in the LOGIPORT Kawagoe logistics facility in Saitama Prefecture for 9.1 billion yen to LJPF GK, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The deal was first disclosed in October 2024 and later revised in April.
