BUZZ-Zoetis falls after cutting annual revenue forecast

** Shares of animal healthcare co Zoetis ZTS.N fall 7.3% to $133 premarket

** ZTS forecasts 2025 revenue between $9.40 billion to $9.48 billion, down from its prior forecast of $9.45 billion to $9.60 billion

** Co reports Q3 adj.profit of $1.70/shr vs analysts' average estimate of $1.62/shr - LSEG data

** Co's quarterly revenue of $2.40 billion misses analysts' average expectation of $2.41 billion

** Up to last close, stock down ~11% YTD
