腾盛博药-B（02137）发布公告，于2025年10月31日，公司根据2023年购股权计划条款向受让人授出60万份购股权，但须待受让人接纳。于本公告日期，已发行股份总数为7.209亿股（不包括库存股）。根据授出购股权授出的该等购股权获悉数行使后，据此将配发及发行的股份占本公告日期已发行股份总数（不包括库存股）约0.08%及经扩大已发行股份总数约0.08%（不包括库存股）。
