本报讯 （记者矫月）近日，灵宝黄金集团股份有限公司（以下简称“灵宝黄金”或“本集团”）发布正面盈利预告。公告显示，该公司预期于2025年第三季度录得不低于3.8亿元纯利。根据公告，本期盈利“主要归因于本集团持续优化生产组织与调度，同时推动降本增效措施严格落实，运营效率得以持续提升，叠加黄金市场价格上涨的有利因素，集团整体效益显著提升”。
自2024年以来，灵宝黄金的营收和利润高速提升，主要得益于其精益化管理战略的深入实施。公司将提质创效和成本管控理念作为核心经营理念，通过对矿山采选流程的持续优化，有效提高了资源综合利用率和生产效率。公开信息显示，公司在2025年将各矿山的克金成本目标设定在约300元/克的低位，体现了其在成本控制方面的显著成效。
在战略布局方面，灵宝黄金持续推进资源勘探工作，计划在2025年内完成钻探15万米，探坑27万米，旨在为公司未来的可持续发展奠定资源基础。同时，公司还组建了海外专项运营团队，重点开拓大洋洲、非洲、东南亚及中亚等地资源项目，以寻求新的增长极。此外，灵宝黄金积极推进智能化改造和机械化升级，通过技术手段提升生产安全性和运营效率，致力于确保在黄金价格高位运行时能够最大限度地释放利润弹性。
