位于朝阳区双井街道的京东MALL商场，专门拿出空间，设置了一家服务新就业群体的工作室。这是记者从11月1日举办的双井13社区粉丝节上获悉的。
双井街道工委相关负责人介绍，新成立的双井京东第三党支部将搭建起街道党委、商圈商户、居民群众三方联动的平台，能第一时间对接资源、解决问题。既要把政策导向精准传递给经营主体，又将商户需求、群众诉求快速反馈至街道层面，实现“政策落地不打折、服务群众不绕弯”。
当天，京东MALL商场设立了党建工作指导站，“志行新锋”工作室就位于这里。“以前跑单时，总觉得自己是城市里的过客，累了只能在路边凑合歇会儿，遇到问题也不知道找谁求助。”外卖员王志强说，现在，他们有了专属工作室。那里不但能歇脚，今后，双井还将依托工作室，为小哥们提供技能培训、权益保障、矛盾调解、治理参与等服务。
同时，双井街道联动京东MALL推出双井居民的专属折扣，涵盖手机、电脑、智能家居、潮玩等诸多电子消费品类。
