BUZZ-Australia's RocketDNA falls on discounted placement
** Shares of RocketDNA RKT.AX fall as much as 15.8% to A$0.016, hitting their lowest level since October 27
** Stock hits its highest intraday pct loss since February 28
** The technology solutions provider raises A$4 million ($2.60 million) at issue price of A$0.015 per share
** Adds that issue price is at a 21.1% discount to co's last stock
** Stock up 28% this year, including the day's move
