消息面上，11月3日，粉笔发布公告，根据本公司股东于2025年6月27日举行的本公司股东周年大会上所授出购回本公司股份的一般授权，本公司董事会有意自本公告日期起的六个月期间于公开市场以不多于2亿港元购回股份(股份购回)，惟须视乎市场状况及本公司的资金安排。股份购回总数将不超过2.23亿股股份(相当于本公司于股东周年大会日期已发行股份(不包括库存股份(如有))总数10%)。
值得一提的是，近日，粉笔宣布，截至10月29日，旗下AI刷题系统班销量突破42000单，实现里程碑式突破，环比增长超100%，展现其AI教育产品的强劲市场吸引力。2020年至今，粉笔AI应用已服务超1500万用户，使用过粉笔各类AI产品的付费用户数超150万，规模持续快速增长。基于十余年教研积累和技术沉淀，粉笔AI正迎来规模化应用阶段，年内已上线多款智能备考产品。截至2025年10月，粉笔公考AI面试点评已经帮助32万名用户完成了432万次面试点评，在用户端中广受好评。
