消息面上，近日，安井食品发布2025年前三季度业绩。光大证券指出，Q3单季总营收37.66亿元、同比增长6.61%，归母净利润2.73亿元，同比增长11.8%，扣非归母净利润2.64亿元，同比增长15.27%。25Q3销售毛利率19.99%、同比基本保持平稳，虽然成本端小龙虾/鲜鱼收购价格有所上涨，但毛利率水平较低的小龙虾业务销售占比下降，对公司整体毛利率有正向拉动。
渠道端上，光大证券表示，25Q3经销商/特通直营/商超/新零售及电商渠道收入分别为29.6/3.17/2.20/2.70亿元，同比-0.6%/+68.1%/+28.1%/+38.1%，传统经销商渠道收入基本持平，公司今年强调全面拥抱商超定制化趋势，商超大客户拓展稳步推进，此外特通客户、盒马等新零售渠道亦有明显增量。该行认为，公司在产品端和渠道端积极求变，强调新品驱动，产品端加大升级换新，渠道端拥抱商超定制化趋势，行业价格竞争缓和下公司盈利能力也逐步修复。
