消息面上，11月3日，中国秦发发布公告，本公司欣然宣布，全资附属公司PT Trisula Sumber Energi(TSE)于印度尼西亚南加里曼丹的煤矿开发进度最新情况。TSE煤矿(TSE煤矿)位于印度尼西亚南加里曼丹省哥打巴鲁县北部，地处梅拉图斯山脉东麓地带。该采矿特许区面积达168平方公里，涵盖Kelumpang Hulu及Kelumpang Barat部分地区。TSE煤矿目前处于营运前规划阶段，尚未开始建设工程。本公司预计将于2026年第一季度展开矿场建设活动。
民生证券此前指出，25H1，公司印尼业务以量补价，实现盈利0.24亿元，同比增加0.67亿元，盈利能力提升。公司目前拥有印尼SDE、TSE、SME、VSE、IMJ五大矿区采矿权，先行开发的SDE矿区已规划产能达3000万吨。鉴于SDE矿区开发经验，资源、审批、成本、模式优势的综合加持下，公司未来成长空间广阔，有望成为海外项目标杆。
