智通财经APP讯，万国黄金集团(03939)发布公告，董事会建议将每1股每股面值0.1港元的现有已发行及未发行股份拆细为4股每股面值 0.025港元的经拆细股份。于股份拆细生效后，本公司的法定股本将为10亿港元，分为 400亿股经拆细股份，其中44.25亿股经拆细股份将为已发行及悉数缴足或入账列作悉数缴足(假设于本公告日期后及股份拆细生效前并无进一步发行或购回股份)。
于本公告日期，股份现时于联交所按每手买卖单位2000股股份进行买卖。董事会进一步建议，于股份拆细生效后，经拆细股份于联交所进行买卖的每手买卖单位将改为每手买卖单位500股经拆细股份。
建议股份拆细将减少每股股份的面值及交易价格，并增加已发行股份总数。根据股份于本公告日期在联交所所报的收市价每股30.74港元计算，每手买卖单位2000股股份的市值为6.15万港元。每手买卖单位500股经拆细股份的估计市值理论上将于紧随股份拆细生效后减少至3842.50港元。董事会认为，股份拆细将降低投资门槛，改善本公司股份买卖的流通性，并吸引更多投资者，从而扩阔本公司股东基础。董事会在达致其意见时亦已考虑不时从股东收到的一般反馈，包括有关股份拆细或可提高市场参与度及改善本公司股份买卖流通性的建议。因此，预期股份拆细将导致每股股份的交易价格及股份每手买卖单位的市值下调。鉴于现行市况，流通性较高的市场将为投资者买卖本公司股份提供更大的灵活性，从而促进本公司未来的增长及发展。
