中国质量新闻网讯 为进一步优化营商环境、破解小微企业经营难题，黑龙江省伊春市市场监督管理局金林分局创新推出餐饮店“线上外卖入驻”一站式服务，实现营业执照、食品经营许可办理与外卖平台入驻同步申请、同步办结、同步开业，为餐饮经营主体高质量发展开辟“绿色通道”。
服务中，金林分局政务服务窗口工作人员主动对接本地外卖服务平台，全面梳理商家入驻平台所需材料，整理形成清单手册放在登记注册大厅显著位置，方便群众随时取阅。同时，向有入驻平台需求的办事群众推送平台负责人微信二维码，搭建即时沟通渠道，实现电子材料微信直传、入驻难题实时咨询、平台在线指导审核，形成“群众省心、平台高效”的双赢模式。
截至目前，共协助8家商家顺利入驻外卖平台。下一步，金林分局将建立与外卖平台的材料共享机制，推动入驻信息实时互通，实现餐饮主体线下开业与线上接单无缝衔接，持续拓展创业创新空间，为经营主体高质量发展按下“加速键”。（通讯员 林琳）
