中访网数据 蓝思科技股份有限公司发布公告，宣布已于近日提前归还1.2亿元人民币用于临时补充流动资金的闲置募集资金至募集资金专项账户。此次提前还款是基于公司第四届董事会第二十九次会议和第四届监事会第二十六次会议的授权，该会议同意公司使用不超过24亿元的闲置募集资金临时补充流动资金，使用期限自2025年1月13日起不超过12个月。此前，公司已在2025年2月至10月期间分批提前归还了合计8.1亿元。至此，公司已累计提前归还9.3亿元，剩余14.7亿元临时补充流动资金的闲置募集资金将在2026年1月12日到期前足额归还。公司已就本次资金归还事宜通知了保荐机构和保荐代表人。此举体现了公司规范的募集资金管理和良好的现金流状况。
