北京商报讯（记者 关子辰 牛清妍）11月3日，国家移民管理局发布10项移民和出入境管理服务政策举措，其中明确提出，扩大内地居民换发补发出入境证件“全程网办”试点城市范围，从11月20日起，将现有的20个试点城市增加至50个。
同程旅行数据显示，今年前三季度，同程旅行平台上的签证受理量同比增长超过30%，非一线城市居民的签证办理热度高于一线城市。从国庆中秋假期出境游市场的表现来看，非一线城市用户预订的欧洲跟团游产品同比增长超过140%，预订的美洲跟团游产品同比增长超过32%，整体呈现出“走出国门，玩得更远”的特征。
同程研究院分析，出入境证件“全程网办”试点城市范围的扩大将进一步提升国内非一线城市居民出境旅行的便利程度。
为了更好地满足用户出境办签的需求，同程旅行今年以苏州为试点城市，加码出境签证服务。同程旅行与苏州地铁达成深度合作，全面升级地铁站内签证办理体验中心，推出“2小时极速预审、拒签全额退款、2公里内上门收件”极速办理业务。截至目前，升级后的签证办理体验中心累计服务人次接近1万。
