Neuronetics's president and chief executive, Keith Sullivan, plans to retire from the medical-technology and healthcare company next year.

Neuronetics on Tuesday said Sullivan, who has been at the helm of the Malvern, Pa., company since July 2020, will retire at the end of June.

Neuronetics said it has launched a search for a new CEO, adding that Sullivan has agreed to remain as a consultant to assist with the transition.
