智通财经APP讯，美中嘉和(02453)发布公告，有关上海医学之星以中诚为受益人分别质押本公司2307万股内资股、6410万股内资股及896.73万股内资股，作为最高总额至多为人民币5亿元(质押股份)的贷款融资的担保。根据本公司先前于2024年7月10日与中诚订立的有关质押股份及额外质押股份的贷款协议的条款及条件，及为进一步担保本公司于贷款协议项下的责任，于2025年11月4日，本公司控股股东北京泰和诚同意以中诚为受益人额外质押其直接持有的全部本公司3560.23万股H股股份。于本公告日期，北京泰和诚质押的本公司H股股份合共占本公司已发行股份总数约4.54%。
