此前 5 月 1 日报道，蔡文胜买入香港天后地区全幢商厦，交易标的为天后道银座式商厦“亨环·天后”（PARK AURA），该物业于 2020 年落成，楼高 25 层（地下至 24 楼），单层面积约 2041 平方呎，总楼面面积约 5.3 万平方呎。蔡文胜表示计划将该大厦打造为 AI-Web3 创业中心：1-2 层将设立 AI 主题咖啡馆（类似车库咖啡模式），配套 AI 技术讲座空间。部分楼层设为 AI-Space 共享办公区，免费供香港创业者申请使用。其余楼层均规划为 AI 与 Web3 领域的工作室。
