智通财经APP讯，一脉阳光(02522)发布公告，于2025年11月4日，董事会获悉，公司下列董事于2025年11月3日及4日，以自有资金在公开市场购买了总计9.65万股公司H股：(i)董事长、执行董事兼行政总裁陈朝阳先生;(ii)执行董事、副总裁、联席公司秘书兼董事会秘书何英飞女士;(iii)执行董事、副总裁兼首席财务官冯勰先生。
相关董事已向董事会表明，本次增持决定是基于其对集团近期在区域性医学影像共享中心、医学影像数据服务等业务领域所取得的阶段性发展成果，以及集团在打造“数据+AI╱算法+应用场景”的智慧医学影像全产业链领域所展现的专业能力及研发技术的高度肯定。同时，集团于创新领域的战略布局与国务院于2025年11月4日颁布的《关于促进和规范“人工智能+医疗卫生”应用发展的实施意见》(国发[2025]11号)等文件高度契合，其对集团未来的发展前景充满信心。相关董事认为，当前公司H股股价尚未完全体现集团的长期投资价值。此外，根据公司现有资料及董事会所知，在本次增持后至本公告发布之日，公司仍维持符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则所规定的足够公众持股量。
