King Stone Energy (HKG:0663) said the listing committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has resolved to delist the firm, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move came as the liquefied natural gas trader failed to fulfill the resumption guidance set out by the bourse and resume trading by Oct. 1.
The last day of trading in the company's shares will be Nov. 14 if the firm doesn't apply for a review of the decision and the listing of its shares will be canceled on Nov. 17, the filing said.
The firm is currently in discussion with professional advisors on whether to file for a review and will make further announcements as and when needed.
