智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)公布，公司于近期收到云南省昆明市西山区人民法院发出的《云南省昆明市西山区人民法院协助执行通知书》((2023)云0112执8937号)，获悉公司控股股东昆明滇池投资有限责任公司(昆明滇池投资)所持有的公司股份被予以冻结。
根据协助执行通知书所述，西山区人民法院在执行资合智合(云南)产业发展中心(有限合伙)与昆明滇池投资经司法确认的调解协议纠纷一案中，因被执行人昆明滇池投资在期限内未予执行，根据西山区人民法院已发生法律效力的(2023)云0112执8937号执行裁定书及协助执行通知书，公司被要求协助冻结昆明滇池投资名下持有的公司43.4248%的股权。冻结期限三年。
公司与昆明滇池投资在资产、业务、财务等方面均保持独立，就本公告所述的昆明滇池投资所持有公司的股份被查封、冻结事项不会影响公司的正常营运，不会对公司主营业务、持续经营能力等产生重大影响。截至本公告日期，公司的营运维持正常。
