BUZZ-Gold miners fall as bullion drops on stronger US dollar

** U.S.-listed shares of gold miners fall premarket, tracking a drop in bullion prices GOL/

** Spot gold XAU= down 0.1% at $3,996.68/ounce

** Prices fall due to a pause in the dollar's rally and lower Treasury yields, while investors wait for U.S. economic data due this week for more cues on the interest rate path

** Top miners Newmont NEM.N and Barrick Mining B.N fall 1.8% each

** U.S.-listed shares of South African miners Sibanye Stillwater SBSW.N and Gold Fields GFI.N down 3.5% and 3.6%, respectively

** Canadian miners Kinross Gold K.TO, KGC.N and Agnico Eagle Mines AEM.TO, AEM.N dip 1.1% and 1.7%, respectively
