智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)发布公告，于2025年11月4日，公司拟配售最多6410万股配售股份，相当于经发行配售股份扩大的已发行股本的11.59%。每股配售股份的配售价0.468港元，较11月4日收市价每股0.480港元折让约2.5%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的估计所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约3000万港元及约2940万港元。
公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额(i)约34.01%用于偿还贷款;(ii)约34.01%用于发展现有回收及电单车配件业务;(iii)约17.01%用于结清未付应付账款及其他应付款项;(iv)约14.97%用作集团的一般营运资金(包括但不限于支付薪金、行政开支、营运成本以及其他公司及水电开支)。
