消息面上，10月30日，世界黄金协会最新发布的数据显示，三季度黄金投资需求激增至537吨，同比增长47%，其中，中国投资者在金条与金币领域的购买力尤为突出，单季度购买了74吨。11月1日，财政部、国家税务总局发布《关于黄金有关税收政策的公告》明确黄金有关税收政策。
国信证券指出，整体内容看，黄金税收新政策总体上明确了黄金原料的用途，并对此实施差异化的税收管理，引导市场参与者减少对黄金的投机行为，同时规范市场经营，促进行业健康竞争。中信建投发布研报称，对于终端消费者而言，购买黄金饰品价格预计将提升，具体提升幅度要看黄金饰品企业的成本转移幅度，向金交所会员单位购买金条或不受影响。
