智通财经APP获悉，港交所(00388)自2018年首次允许同股不同权公司在香港上市，行政总裁陈翊庭表示，港交所对于重新检视“同股不同权(WVR)”相关上市规则持开放态度。港交所新修订的《上市规则》于昨日生效，要求董事会需要非单一性别，要求董事会需要引入一名不同性别董事。陈翊庭称，下一步要做的是建立女性董事的后备人才库，以确保人才供应。
陈翊庭表示，收到市场反馈后，确实认为某些地方也许可以重新检视，看看如何继续完善上市制度。她指出，对于这些公司，股东可以决定公司架构并拥有更平等的发言权。
陈翊庭又指，对那些打算赴港上市的美国上市中概股来说，港交所是稳健可靠的市场，而且在与内地互联互通的交易机制具有吸引力。
她透露，港交所目前正在处理逾300宗上市申请，若计及将以保密方式提交的申请计算在内，数量会更多。
