智通财经APP讯，金山能源(00663)发布公告，本公司董事会遗憾宣布，于2025年10月31日，本公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中指出联交所上市委员会已决议根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消本公司股份的上市地位(决定)，原因为上市委员会决定本公司未能于2025年10月1日之前悉数达成复牌指引以及于联交所恢复股份买卖。
根据上市规则第2B章，本公司有权于发出决定日期起七个营业日内提请联交所上市复核委员会复核决定(复核)。倘本公司决定不申请复核，则本公司股份的最后上市日期将为2025年11月14日，而股份的上市地位将自2025年11月17日上午九时正起取消。
本公司现时正审阅决定并与其专业顾问商讨是否提交请求以将决定提交上市复核委员会以进行复核。
此外，继续停牌。
