Megasoft (BOM:532408) said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sigma Advanced Systems UK, has completed the acquisition of the entire shareholding in Nasmyth Group, United Kingdom, according to a Friday filing.
Shares of the company jumped 5% in Monday's trade.
The company said all conditions precedent under the previously signed share purchase agreement have been fulfilled, marking completion of the transaction.
