智通财经APP讯，美丽田园医疗健康(02373)公布，为提升股东价值，董事会已决议于未来三年酌情动用最高12亿港元，透过以下方式为公司股东提供回报：(i) 根据公司现行股息政策宣派年度股息(如公司日期为2025年3月26日的变更股息政策公告中所披露，在没有特殊情况下，未来三个完整财年期间，公司每年将会以普通股息方式进行分派，每年的派息不低于当年公司拥有人应占净利润的 50%);或(ii)根据公司于2025年6月27日举行的股东周年大会授予的一般授权，以及股东在现有购回授权届满后授予的任何后续授权，透过市场股份回购方式购回公司股份。
公司拟通过其内部资源为上述计划提供资金，且公司预计实施该等计划不会对集团的营运资金状况产生重大不利影响。股东及潜在投资者务请注意，公司已获授权根据现有购回授权购回23,579,556股股份，且截至本公告日期，公司已根据现有购回授权购回合共605,500股股份。
