The Board is chaired by Executive Director Ms. Wong Mei Wai Alice, who also serves as Chairperson of the Nomination Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Other Executive Directors include Mr. Siu Yik Ming, Mr. Yang Lun, and Ms. Zhang Man. The Independent Non-executive Directors are Ms. Chen Jie, who chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees; Ms. Gao Yuan Yuan, who chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees; and Ms. Wu Jing, who is a member of the Audit Committee.
